EXCLUSIVITY PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT

Members will have access to the building of their homes at cost plus a management fee.

 

For example, a home estimated to cost 1 million dollars ($1,000,000.00) to build from foundation to finish would be completed by our contractors at a reduced cost of seven hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($750,000.00) plus fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00) management fee. ( management fee would vary based on total project size)

As a member, you also have access to special discounts at our partner companies ranging from 10% - 40% off products and services. These discounts and exclusive services will not be available to anyone outside THE FOUNDERS CLUB.
