Tyrel Melville is a Facility Management Savant, Content Entrepreneur, and Student of Life. He’s served 20 proud years of service to the Real Estate industry. 

 

His passion is to propel property professionals and enthusiasts to maximize their property management impact. As a steward of the profession, he is also an educator who impacts current and future management leaders in the real estate space.

 

In addition to being the former president of the T&T Chapter of IFMA, he also lectured at major international conferences in the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean. 

 

With extensive experience as a practitioner, he has led remote, geographical FM teams through operational challenges with high-level performance. Throughout his career, he has served occupiers, landlords, and tenants in 17 countries in the Caribbean, as a proven leader in corporate real estate, facilities management, and property management. 

 

He currently serves as Senior Regional Manager of Real Estate at a reputable international bank.
