Kerron Brown has 20 plus years of experience and certification in the Real Estate Industry in Trinidad and Tobago and the United States of America, with extensive experience in real estate investment and property management. He also has an academic background in accounting and finance. Born and raised in Marabella Trinidad and Tobago, his passion for real estate was born as he spent hours meticulously designing and building houses from Lego building blocks when he was a child.

He is one of GenX Realty LTD's fearless leaders. He equips our agents with optimum training and is the soundboard of the company. His approach is direct, honest and he firmly believes that educating his clients empowers them with the surety and confidence they should feel during the process.

He continues to build GenX Realty into a unique brokerage with the support of his wife Keisha as the company’s Operations Manager and his talented team of agents. The vision is to give invaluable service to clients and guide them through each step of the real estate process with a caring yet candid approach.

Today he is the President of the newly founded TTREA (Trinidad & Tobago Real Estate Association), sharing the same goals as his fellow board members to change the face of the industry through education, accountability, and higher standards.
